Just realized this is actually on Central not Russel. Sorry about that.

The Town currently repairs sidewalks based on the roads with the oldest complaints. Once we get to a street, we attempt to repair all sidewalk problems on the street. We are currently working on streets with complaints from 2007 and are about to begin 2008 streets. Based on current funding
and your street being a 2007 street, we will be addressing Central Avenue this year.
